Worst place I've ever gotten my hair done at. First off, she was late and not like a few min like 15/20 even though she set the appointment time lol. Second, I showed Ms NatyKay a pic of exactly to a tee off how I wanted my hair, the color, the part. Everything... When she was done it looked absolutely nothing like the pic. I wanted straight back (simple) and she just did her own thing. She put Bobby pins in my hair and then when I told her I didn't like it, she didn't seem to care. Told me to come back and pay again for her to do a poor service. Honestly, I would've been happier if she took my hair down and gave me my money back. The next week I went to a lady somewhere else and they had no issues accomplishing what I showed them I wanted. Moral of the story, The Operation Hair Shop is far from professional and I will never EVER again be giving them a penny or referring a single person there. Waste of a trip and money. (I'd put negative stars if I could)
