I went here to get my haircut today, and before I sat down I asked if I could use the restroom. She said "No, it's out of order". I cannot believe that staff work there for eight hours a day without going to the toilet or washing their hands.

Excellent service. However sometimes they come late. At the moment I'm outside and door is closed. Punctuality is a concern.

In 2013 I went in for a cut and perm. After the cut and perm and towel dry the operator was ready to send me out. I was surprised as always before in my other shop I was given a blow dry and a bit of styling. When the manager saw how I looked she told the operator to blow dry and style. I was not too happy but decided to give them a second chance, went in for another perm. After the cut and wrapping I was left to sit with the solution on for over 45 minutes, then after she washed out the solution she was going to send me out with a wet head of hair, I asked that she please blow dry it a bit. All the time I was in there she chatted with the other operator, it was if I was not really there. I left the shop looking worse than when I went in. I will never go back again, twice with treatment like that and I am through! If I could I would not give this shop even one star. Evelyn
