I spent WAY too much money like always because of the sweet, helpful and passionate ladies that work at this location. I never feel pressured which is always refreshing. The ladies here are always real with me. I feel ike they tell me their honest opinions and that's what makes the experience unique. I get honest opinions and sometimes different opinions from different employees. All of it is positive feedback but each employee will break down in detail why they like something and the different factors that play into their personal options. I am always given multiple options and told deals of the day. I spent well over 4 hours there and could of spent more. That's how you know you've enjoyed your shopping experience.

This is he worst Ulta I have ever been to. For one they never have anything in stock. I went looking for a blush and they didn’t have it. They told me to come back in a few days still didn’t have it then said well go order it online. Still I went back to get a foundation and had the rudest saleswoman. She tried showing me an option for a Laura helmet foundation and I was not a fan because the colors didn’t match my skin. When I didn’t agree with her she told me I’m out of options and walked away. Really? Like there isn’t a ton of other foundations in that store?! I’m just over their poor customer service and bad attitudes. If I could get them negative stars I would.

You will find most professional beauty brands here. Displays are beautifully organized great sales and discount coupons are usually available. I purchased shampoo and conditioner usually $28 each two for $20.

This girl was so rude to me last night while i tried to find the perfect foundation for my daughter. She was dismissive of my opinion and walked off after putting a shade of foundation on my daughter. I questioned wether it was the right color and she said it was perfect and walked off never to return to help me. The other 2 ladies I had spoken to in there were very kind but unfortunately her bahavior will keep me from ever going back. I’ve never been treated like that.

It's the holiday season and a week before Christmas therefore sales associate was hard to find to ask questions. Pricing label's not present which made purchasing unsure.
