Kelly took her time and listened to what I wanted on my hairstyle and color. I am very happy and I will definitely go back. Both Kelly and Vannie are awesome hairstylist. They are worth the wait if it gets busy!

I used to get my haircut here all the time as . Today I walked in to get a haircut and immediately was not greeted at the front door. I was treated like some random stranger who had just walked in. I thought it was odd at first and brushed it off and so I signed in and waited for a haircut. I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes, then I decided to leave. There's almost always one-person working here and I was treated like I didn't exist. I understand that you were working on someone else for 45 minutes but at least hire more people for Pete's sake. One person isn't going to hold up a hair salon fort. I used to come here all the time for my haircuts for the past couple of years but now I won't be coming back to this place anymore after the most awkward experience I've ever had. Not out of disrespect but because I spent 45 minutes of my life doing nothing here and also being treated like I was nonexistent. At least the old hair salon I go to acknowledges and greets customers at the door no matter what, not just sees their customer walk-in then continue to trim their other customer's hair without a word. I gave two stars and not one because the hair salon lady who did my hair was nice during the time I've been here as a regular. Other than that, they need new employees or they need to not accept walk-ins.

All I can say is SEVERELY understaffed. When I came in here, one employee did haircuts while another just sat around doing nothing but reading magazines and eating the whole time. This "hair studio" needs more employees to run. And from one review on here that I've already read, I agree. This place needs employees that actually work. Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in. I like the cheap efficient prices of this place, but those prices are worthless if you can't even get a haircut on time and you're near running late to an appointment. Will not be returning anytime soon and this place has officially lost my business with them. DO NOT come here if you need a quick haircut done. These people like to take their time doing haircuts or do nothing at all.
