Needed a change and was referred to Hair Rx. Greeting at front desk was very friendly. I immediately felt welcome. Atmosphere was great, very clean and modern. My stylist Joanna was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable with color and highlights as well as the cut. Products used were also great. I've found my new salon!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff & affordable pricing. Highly recommend!!! Mary Sullivan did an outstanding work with coloring and cutting my thick, long curly hair. She amazed me with blow drying my hair so straight that a straight iron wasn't necessary. My hair is so curly that no other place ever was able to do that. She definitely is an artist.

I moved from FL. about three years ago and had a friend back home who was my stylist. My biggest fear was finding a new one, so much so I didn't get my hair done at all the first year+ I was here. I did get into someone at another salon to do my hair and it was good but it wasn't the amazingness I was used to back home with my stylist. I found Hair Rx from a facebook advertisement and I decided to look up their website. The website is extremely informative about their services but more importantly about their stylists! I decided to give them a try and I made an appointment; my first appointment I was scheduled with Brittany P. and was so happy with the services provided that I have now been going there for over a year now. My mother in law moved here about 6 months ago and we were able to get her in to see Ash A & my MIL loves going to see her! I recently have switched to Ash A. due to schedule changes at the salon, Brittany was extremely professional about needing to switch her schedule by informing me of it way before it became effective and also recommending me to another stylist in the Salon. I LOVE this salon, the atmosphere and the employees I've come in contact with since going there!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior and they called me two days before my appointment time to confirm my appointment. It was the date and time I had requested. When I showed up for my appointment they said my appointment was actually for an earlier time and that I had missed my appointment. I showed them the voicemail and that I was actually there at the time I'm supposed to be there. They said I must've been doubled booked. Instead of apologizing for double booking me, they said I showed up late, so that's why I can't have my appointment and they send a reminder to me 2 days prior. I don't understand why they're trying to blame it on me when I showed up at the right time and my "two days prior" reminder was the time and date I had scheduled for. I will not be returning here. They don't take responsibilities for their mistakes and try to blame it on the customer.
