2 tips for the hairstylists... I won't name any names...
1. Don't get into a conversation about what I do for work (sales) then bash the product saying you don't like it. It's ok if you don't, but in customer service you have to bite your tongue sometimes. Didn't do a very good job of that today as I felt insulted. Thanks.
2. When you ask at the beginning of the cut "what are we doing today?" And I say MVP, then you proceed to only do the haircut and say, "okay all done" and walk to the front counter, again - you aren't listening to me.
I did not feel important to you, and that explains the $1 tip you got. I've been in customer service and have a big spot in my heart for tips, and I'll never tip 0, but try working on these 2 things and you'd have gotten the 20% tip I know you wanted.
Sorry, I was not impressed. Also, as I look in the mirror there are multiple very long missed hairs on the top of my head. I really want to come back, as I love sportclips, but today wasn't your day... sorry.
Edit: after taking a shower and scuffing my hair up, the hairstylist missed half of my head. Not just a little, but a lot. Definitely the worst Haircut I've gotten. I posted a pic to the pictures page but it's not showing up, so they probably have to filter pictures and they will definitely not let mine post.
