Lisette was outstanding! I left very happy with my cut but I am even happier now!! She loves cutting hair and it shows in her work! Thanks for doing such a great job! And for letting me practice spanish. I would recommend asking for lisette

If I could give it a lower rating I would. My friend went in to get her hair cut. As it was bleached, dry and had some dead ends. The manager was the one who cut her hair. She rushed through yanking out my friends hair. She did one layer right at the top of her neck.. except it wasn't layers, it was just one chop. She did not off any other service, such as a conditioner and wash to make it easier. She got half way through and said it was all she could do. Required my friend to pay and sent her on her way. I then took my friend to another salon that took their time and took care of her hair the way this great clips should have. I went back with my friend at the end of the day to get her money back. The manager was there. She did not apologize in any way, she continued to place blame on my friend instead of taking responsibility for her laziness. We did end up getting her money back but I have a feeling the only reason why is because there were kids in the store and she didn't want a bigger scene. DO NOT GO HERE! Ever. If you value your hair at all, head these reviews and protect yourself. I wouldn't want anyone to have to walk again how my friend had to walk around till we got it fixed. No lady should be in tears after going to a professional for a professional service. Completely unacceptable!

Got a really awful cut from the Asian lady who works there. Just wanted a basic guys cut. No idea how you mess something like that up.

Usually go in here because it is cheaper but this time only to go get my neck shaved and beard trimmed and she totally jacked it up beard is totally not in line at all. She kept taking more and more off to get it lined up and just looks aweful. Didn't even bother to line up my beard at my cheeks either total waste.
