Do not see Jen! She has no personality! When I went back for her to fix my hair she had the manager come out to talk to me. It was the most bizarre thing that had ever happened to me. I was embarrassed and found it truly odd that she wasn’t able to communicate herself. I made an appointment and could not have been nicer about it. Never ever will go back!

I went once and had a haircut with a person who I made an appointment for a month and a half out, then when I went back that person was no longer working there, and I had not received any word of the canceled appointment or an attempt to get me squared away with a different person despite their calendar still having the appointment on the books. At that point, the person who is Manning the desk should find a way any way to fit me in then. They did not do this and instead apologise sed over and over. At this point I decided that no matter how good the haircut was the first time, if they didn't care enough to save me the drive over and reschedule that this place wasn't worth my time and money. I would guess it isn't worth yours either.

My husband has been getting his hair cut at Post for almost 2 years with the same stylist. Today I was told his stylist will no longer see him due to 2 missed appointments. Post Hair decided as a "business decision" to stop texting at calling for appointment reminders. This is a service perk LOTS of businesses offer including Doctor offices because there MUST be need for the reminders. Yes I understand hair stylist time is important BUT clientele is important too. He paid a salon haircut price and always tipped 15 to 20 percent! And His stylist should have had a nice talk with him about him never missing an appointment again instead of refusing him as a client after 2 missed appointments over the course of 2 years. The service industry has such a revolving door you would think we would value LOYAL customers. We will never go there again and will ask the people we referred there to stop as well.
