My boyfriend and I called early in the day and made 2, 5 o'clock appointments to get our hair cut. We walk in right before 5pm and let them know we were here for our appt. There were 2 girls working, one was getting ready to leave and the other girl asked her to stay for one more cut, she then proceeded to call another woman up. We were then informed that they were catching up on walk-ins and they would be with us in a bit. Why allow us to make 2 appointments if you only have 1 person on staff? And since when do walk-ins get priority over people who make appointments? Will not be going back.

I walked in right before 5 just so they could tell me they couldn't cut my hair because she was going to take too long with one person that was already in front of me very very bad experience never going to come back again have to check your workers

Franky did mine hair color and was a good experience then right after did my mom's hair color and talked us down into doing a cap color cause she said one can't do foil die with short hair.... barely any hair was died and looked terrible... called the next day to get it fixed and done the right way with full hair die and highlights and was told " we don't have highlights to do it till next week".... NOT HAPPY 😡
