Very wonderful people here. My son was scared because thiswas his 1st professional cut but the woman calmed him down talked him through every step, and made sure he knew exactly what she was going to do next which was wonderful!! He was so happy with his cut and with his experience. We will be going back for sure. I live this place and highly recommend it!! Thank you Great Clips

Absolutely love getting my perms here. Ann and the rest of the staff are great. Fast and friendly service. I bring my mom from Aurora to get her hair done as well. Love you guys!

I love great clips.You can check in on line so your wait time is a few minutes. They are all great at cutting hair. Best part is they really listen to what you tell them to do.

I had the best cut today by Bobbi Jo. She was so friendly when she gave me my shampoo and cut, even with my crazy curly hair. I enjoy great personalities when I have a haircut and she rocked it! Cutting curly hair is not easy, but I love my new style and will be back to see her again!

I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Adult or child. Thought I'd run my son in here to save myself the trip to pigtails & crewcuts before family pictures, what a bad decision. The 'stylist' was rushing to get through the cut, knicked both of my sons ears, jacked up his side burns, but insisted she knew how to cut kids hair.. (We realized how bad it was when we got home.) My son was obviously uncomfortable with how rough she was being and when I asked she told me to relax. She didn't even bother to properly smock him or even attempt to get the hair off him afterwards. Just an overall bad experience. Then to seal the deal of us never returning, the man who got his haircut immediately before my son came right back in because the lady didn't cut it properly. So they kicked my son out of the chair and didn't have someone else help us rather had us wait. (10 minute wait turned into 30+.) The man left and then came back AGAIN because it still was not correct so then multiple 'stylists' began to make rude snarky remarks and gave him to another stylist to deal with. Then again another man came in who got his hair cut yesterday and was unhappy with it. Maybe if they weren't in such a rush they would be able to serve their customers well and wouldn't have so many pissed off people. If you managed to make it out of here with a decent cut you should probably buy a lotto ticket. I wouldn't have left a tip but it's Christmas and I'm not a total dick but save yourselves the headache and find somewhere else to get a haircut.
