I will never go to another Supercuts after my experience here. After getting shampoo and conditioner all over my face, we then talked about taking an inch off my hair and what we both agreed was an inch, she began to cut my hair. Once she was done my hair was at least 5 inches shorter, I was in such a state of shock all I could do was go home and cry. Don't go here if you have long hair and are just looking for a trim!!!!!
