I wish I could give no stars. I will share my bad experience with this place. I didn't even get to use my groupon that I purchased yet the owner redeemed regardless. My appointment was at 6:00pm. I knocked on the door several times between 6:00pm to 6:05pm with no answer so I walked back to my car to leave. It was 35 degrees out with high winds. When I make an appointment at a scheduled time, I expect that time to be prompt, unless I am told they are running behind. I left and the owner texted me at 6:10pm saying "I'm ready". At this time, I was already on my way out and she sent another text saying, "I hope that everything is ok. It's my policy for no call/no shows to redeem the voucher. Please let me know your next availability." I replied and said, "My appointment was at 6 so 6:10 seemed a little ridiculous to be waiting. I will not be rescheduling." She said she opened her door at 6:04, which is not true because I was standing in her garage at that time. She said she was running behind because of her 5:30pm client - if that was the case, she knew she was running late, why not text me and let me know? Instead, she literally got into a long text conversation with me and proceeded to threaten me for writing a review of my experience. Never in this time did she apologize for HER running behind. She didn't say, "I'm so sorry I was running behind, let me make this right". I will never go back or recommend this place. Terrible customer service. (Texts included)
