Got a perm done a little while back by an amazing young woman who was new to V Cuts at the time. The results of the perm the following days turned out incredibly awful. Not saying it's the woman's fault but sometimes things don't go too well when it comes to permanently curling hair. I went back attempting to ask for a refund or some type of compensation. (My hair was frizzy, dry, burnt from chemicals, and only showed slight curls when wet with loads of product in it) Even then, still didn't look like a perm. when I went to speak to the owners daughter, she was more rude and disrespectful than any other professional I have ever encountered with ANY business. Not only did she refuse a refund in such a nasty and uncalled for manner (which by the way they should have signs or some sort of listing online that refunds are not given.) She rudely told me to get in her chair so she could wet my hair because if there were curls when my hair is wet, then they did their job right. I told her my hair is not wet every single day all day, and refused to allow this disrespectful woman to wet my hair. I looked at her with air dried burnt hair straight from the shower and asked her if she did not believe me. She rudely ignored me and asked me to get in her chair. Then said that another perm was the only option, which is quite ridiculous because no hair care professional should recommend a perm back to back, as my hair was already severely damaged. To this day, when my hair dries from a shower, it looks damaged, burned, messy and has ugly waves that just make my hair look nappy. I wish I could post pictures. I write this in hopes of the owner seeing it and taking the proper steps to managing this type of disrespectful behavior towards any clients and to always ensure client satisfaction. I will never be back, and I will continue to let every single person I know not to go to this place. I could have filed a complaint against this place. Worst ownership service I have ever witnessed in my life. Whether she was having a bad day or not, that was not okay. I hope she reads this and learns a valuable lesson.
