There is a reason why Freddy only takes cash and it is because they do an awful job and refuse to refund your money. Freddy did only 1/2 of my daughters hair and the sewn in weave that she gave me is by far the worse weave ive ever had even compared to ones from people who were not even licensed professionals as she claims to be. Please do not waste your time or money patronizing this business. i was charged $230 for an awful weave and $220 for her not to even finish braiding my daughters hair and lying to me about it being finished because I stepped away and trusted her to be a moral human being. I would give her a negative star if I could.

Missed Opportunity

Gave Freddy 2 attempts to correctly achieve a simple style. She claims to never be able to execute a straight part. Sis, why are you in this business if you can't part hair? Left very disappointed since I was looking forward to showing off a cute hairstyle for the holidays.

Do not go to Freddy if you want your hair done properly. I went in to get Senegalese twists. My hair looked *terrible* when she finished. It looked like I had gotten it done 6 weeks earlier when in reality it had been all of 20 minutes. The ends all looked terrible and were super glued very haphazardly and unevenly. There was no knots or anything keeping the extensions tied to my hair and they could literally just be pulled out with very little effort. And there were pretty big chunks of my own hair that she just…missed? Like they weren’t included in any twists and looked so so so raggedy. Beyond that, the salon has been reduced to a very small, non-air conditioned room that was very dirty. Freddy herself was mostly nice, but can come across as rude and the whole time I was there, she kept saying she felt sick (she was speaking on the phone French and didn’t know that I also speak French), but didn’t mention anything to me about it. I had to pay to get everything redone at another salon before even a week had passed. This was a waste of my time and money. She may have done well in the past, but I don’t think she’s got it anymore.

Freddy did such a great job with my hair. She really made my experience very accommodating and helped me out when I didn’t bring enough hair to braid. It looks absolutely beautiful. Get your hair done by Freddy!!!

Freddy took me in the same day when everyone was booked and I really appreciate that. She was fast but her work speaks for itself. I got two cornrows on each side and I love them. Thank you Freddy, I will be coming back.
