this Place is some trash! loud music horrible customer service. The Dominican Barbers are great but the lady’s are some stuck up B******. I when to get my son a haircut but 2 of the lady’s told me that they don’t do kids haircut because they “move to much” I have never heard of this!

DO NOT COME HERE !!! IM WARNING YOU ALL !!! Honestly the worst experience ever, I had made an appointment for early in the morning with the owner krissia for me and my little sister we get there right on time and she's not there so we wait about 20 min and this other lady came in with blond/pink hair and she's like Krissia is running late I'll take care of you and she was super cool and sweet I showed her the style and color I wanted and she began doing my hair. So another lady comes in and starts on my sisters hair right and the lady is bleaching my hair and the other lady is doing my little sisters hair it's past two hours and the lady doing my little sisters hair had left the her hair touching her face with the hair dye and my little sisters face started burning so she told the lady and honestly her face broke out in hives it was terrible and then the lady didn't even know what to do besides wash her face it literally looked like her side of her face was gonna fall off so I had my other sister bring in some Benadryl on the other hand this lady left the bleach in my hair for at least 3 1/2 hours my scalp hurt so bad and so ichy it was like a nightmare and then the owner krissia walks in like some stuck up brat and is like your the one with the appointment and I'm like yea and she just smiles and walks away to attend someone else. Like she couldn't even apologize for being late or anything smh. And at the end the color was nothing like what I showed her she proceses and toned it so much that my hair was white and blue instead of a highlight blond and brown and my ends were so done with it just makes me want cry honestly. So i looked it up on line how to fix it and it said to put lemon juice on it to get the blonde color back and it did help a little but my hair was still so messed up like I payed them a lot of money and at the end result I come out looking like a 90 year old women's hair. It's really disappointing because I had finally let a whole year to grow my hair out and now to cut it again because of people not knowing how to do their jobs. So please I'm warning you girls don't go there please you'll regret it. I'll post a pic of it it'll be the nasty white one

I gave this salon location a second opportunity. My first experience was about four months ago I called ahead and made an appointment, walked into the salon, all the hairdressers were busy. There was no sign in sheet so I sat down. Nobody bothered saying good afternoon, or welcome. I waited more than an hour before anybody even came up to me to ask me what I needed. I was very satisfied with my hair and a free treatment they offered. Today I called at around 12 noon to make an appointment for my friend and I for 4:30 PM. On the phone the lady did not even ask our names for the appointment all she said was OK you guys can come in. We arrive to the salon at 4:32 PM and everybody seem to be busy they told us to take a seat within 10 minutes they had washed our hair and again made us wait I ended up leaving the salon at 5:20 after waiting for a little less than an hour. I did ask if I owed anything for the wash but I was told no so I left. It is ridiculous the amount of waiting that you have to do at the salon where you made an appointment. I highly recommend the Wheaton location 10 times better more attentive personnel. I will be going only to the Wheaton location from now on. I gave 2 stars bc they do treat you well once you're seated. -------------Spanish Yo le di 2 oportunidades a este local (suelo ir al de Wheaton). Mi primera experiencia fue hace como 4 meses. Llame antes de ir para hacer cita. Cuando llegue todos estaban ocupados y me vieron entrar pero nadie me dijo Buen Día o bienvenida así que tome asiento. Espere más de una hora antes que alguien siquiera me saludara. Ya cuando me sentaron me ofrecieron un tratamiento. Quede encantada. Hoy llame como a las 12 del mediodía para dos citas una para mi y otra para mi amiga para las 4:30. La muchacha en el teléfono ni siquiera me pidió el nombre para quien era la cita solo me dijo "si claro venganse". Llegamos a las 4:32 y todos estaban ocupados. Nos sentaron. Y como a los 10 mins nos lavaron el cabello. Me fui del salón con cabello mojado a las 5:20 por tanta espera. Les pregunté si debía algo por el lavado me dijiero que no y me fui. Es sinceramente ridiculo que alguien llame para hacer cita y que no respeten eso. Mil veces recomiendo el asking de Wheaton. Le doy 2 estrellas porque ya cuando te han sentado té tan buena trata.
