Jean is absolutely AMAZING!!! She ensured my level of comfortability from beginning to end. I received a 60 min hot stone massage and it was extremely relaxing. Jean is very personable and very good at what she does. You can tell that she really cares that you’re receiving the ULTIMATE experience. 10/10 would recommend. I walked out on a cloud!

My hair stylist is Salome Desilva. I found Salome after trying out lots of different hair stylists in Georgetown when I moved there from McLean, VA 3 years ago. I started with weekly wash & blow-outs, but continued to go to my McLean stylist for color. And after 6 months, I trusted Salome enough to 'let' her do my color and she did a fabulous job. A skilled and talented stylist who does wonderful and fun color, great haircuts and wash & blow-outs to die for. AND, she's an incredible kind and warm person with a caring nature and sense of humor. Giver her a try - you won't go anywhere else after you meet with her.

I had a lovely first appointment at Aveda. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and my stylist Ertan was wonderful. He did such an amazing job transforming my hair -- I LOVE it! I will definitely be coming back again.

Salome is outstanding! I have blonde hair and always very nervous to try out a new colorist, but she aced it! She was quick, without error, confident and blended the perfect amount of high and low lights to make it look natural.

I would give you a zero but that’s not possible. so I give you a one. in all seriousness I asked for bangs that layer outward, showed pictures, and got nothing close to that request. I feel devastated because I was so looking forward to the next phase in my life but my confidence is now at an all time low. I wish I had never got my hair cut.
