I have been going to this shop for a long time. My hair I take good care of once it is done but for the past four times I had to go back to have maybe one or two done over. This time Grace was not in the shop another one of her stylist did my hair, mind you my hair only be in for one week. The thread did not stay the side braid look so bad the braid itself looks as if was not done. This is the straw that broke the camels back. The Health Inspector need to make a visit along with the Fire Marshal and learn English they are talking amongst each other and you don't know if they are talking about you. If you own a company you should have the respect to at least have great stylist and great customer relations you want them to come back that's how you make money. Not being down right disrespectful hair done in an awful way and want them to come back. I learned a lesson I will be coming back I had it.

No star..... Too keep it REAL!! I got my hair done TODAY & I just took it out. I gave them a picture to do & the stylist was doing it completely wrong. So I gave her another picture to do & the girl beside me told me it looks good. After sitting under the dryer, she gives me a mirror & DAMNNNNNN, It was a HOT ASS MESS!!!! LORD FORGIVE THESE NON-GIFTED STYLIST. DON'T GO PLEASE. I wasted $160. They refused to give me a refund nor half the money I paid. ALSO, their sign states that you can come in within 3 days to get your braids fix. But I was TOLD BY THE MANAGER "THAT'S NOT TRUE." Overall, DON'T GO!!!!

My daughter got her hair done here and its came out and she have not had it in 2 weeks.on top of it all she want me to pay more money to fix it. I would not pay her anymore to do hair. They are very disrespectful and money hungry.

Noooooooo Stars!!!!!Extremely poor braiding and very rude. Never will go back again. The braiding techs there are very poor in quality had my hair done there less than 2 week I had gotten a lot of compliments on it but quite a few people noticed hidden mistakes made. Called Ms Grace to see what can be done she says nothing. So in other words my money went down the drain. I actually sent them business but no more. Not even deserving of 1 star I should have left when Grace was arguing with another customer because they did what they wanted to do when it came to styling 2 of the women children and and when the child asked could she remove it she as in Grace ignored the child for almost 35 min and the went on to do someone else hair and wanted to charge almost $450.00 and that was highly unreasonable for children hair do. After all said and done she whisper to and says that I should've paid more but next time they will charge more

The worst!!! No customer service! I forgot Why I stopped going them until Today. They let the lady mess up my job after sitting for hours, everytime I went to looke in the mirror she was asking me to scoot down so She could braid. Wouldn't refund my money and argued with me on the phone about them having no one else available to fix my hair. My aunt had to remind me that my lom cursed them Out before for a similar situation. I got braid lady, not far from there if y'all need one. She just rarely can fit you in last minute for a full head that's why i went to Gracie's. Should have just waited.
