I WILL NEVER SUPPORT SALON RENZ AGAIN! If I could give no stars I would! His stylist Meme (@memedoesmyhair) is the most UNPROFESSIONAL woman I have ever encountered! She used to have style seat & I inquired about her wigs & install she required a deposit of $250 that I PAID for the hair only + assembly +install fees. MeMe stated it would be done 3 days after deposit has been placed (THAT WAS A LIE) I decided to text her & she was getting smart through text but I still chose to let her do my hair it’s been a week now & we’ve finally set an appointment that she later cancels so I threaten to take my business else where we set another date & she doesn’t show. I tell her I want a REFUND she fused & said I could have the hair (THAT I DID NOT WANT) so I go to the shop & see the ALIEXPRESS Hair that she was going to make my wig out of. At this point I’m done with her I call several times with no response & text her. She responds to texts but not phone calls & has the owners mother(very sweet lady)come meet me (late that evening) then the owner Renz comes & assures me she will be fired because she’s had so many issues with previous clients. Although he was nice HE’S A LIAR AS WELL! All he did was offer me more hair at a discounted price. No refund or anything. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to have the problem resolved. By far the worst Salon I’ve ever been to & the way they do business is ridiculous. DO NOT SUPPORT!!!!

Terriya is an awesome hairstylist. I used to take my daughter to a salon in Largo but they charged way too much and didn't do half as good as Terriya does. Her prices are very reasonable, she offers appointment times that fit my schedule and my daughter and I always love the styles.
