The worsr place to get your haircut not only are the dressers rude but they clearly dont know what theyre doing If i could leave a lower rating i would DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Do not go here! I received a horribly choppy men’s haircut and asked for them to fix it and they refused! My wife said my hair looks like a toddler cut it!

I went into this place to fix a hair dye that I messed up on. I had tried to go lighter and it only dyed my roots (it dyed it blonde even though I used light red) and left the bottom of my hair red and brown colored. My husband went with me in order to tell them in Spanish and after he told them in Spanish and I told them in English that it needed to be stripped and redyed they said okay. Once I sat down in the chair she went to dye it and did instead of stripping it first. So my husband and I talked to her about it after he got back before it got rinsed and she said she was using a darker color to dye the roots and an ash color to cover the red. So we said okay lets see how it is when it is dry. She sat me in the chair and before she dried it I told my husband it didn't work. She dried a piece of it to show us and I was very mad. So then 4 people that worked there were talking at once to us about it and my husband was like what's going on and I told them how about we have ONE person talk. So they said they couldn't bleach it because my hair would fall out so she tried to dye it. I told them that they should've told me this prior to wasting my time and their dye and I was not going to pay for it to look the same as it did before just darker. They agreed and they tried to tell me they could dye it till it gets to the right color and I said NO because obviously it was not going to happen and I left. Now my hair is blonde, red, brown and some black in it. My husband says it isn't too bad, but I have to walk around multicolored.
