BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!!
Horrible, horrible, horrible experience! I had a bridal party of 4 including myself, we all wanted hair and makeup done. We made the drive all the way to high point, which took over an hour, ran into a car crash spot which made us late (I found out later the owner blamed our lateness on us for having starbucks coffees in our hands, which we bought breakfast because our appointment was at 9AM and we had to be up at 7 to get there!!) the owner DID NOT dedicate a team of people to work on us, she did by herself.
While working on me and my girls she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Answering unimportant personal phone calls on her cell from family members laughing and giggling. My wedding STARTED at 3pm,I needed to be there at least by 2pm. We arrived at Reflections at 9:20 AM I believe, SHE TOOK 6 HOURS to do 4 girls hair and makeup, one of my girls had ridiculously short hair too so there was NO EXCUSE for her timing. I showed up to my wedding at 3:30PM LATE. I barely made it down the aisle in time, the ceremony started at 4pm.
Also, she used really cheap makeup products on me and my girls, brands that you can buy at Dollar General and Walmart! The only thing that was nice was the airbrush makeup, it did turn out very nice. But me being the bride, she saved me to do last and she knew she was short on time so she rushed me and my hair was FLAT for the wedding, all my bridesmaids looked better than me. My maid of honor is my younger sister who is also getting married this year, she put a deposit down for her wedding date, but after having the horrible experience with me for my wedding she asked the owner for a refund since she hadnt signed a contract yet. THE OWNER IS REFUSING TO GIVE BACK HER MONEY EVEN THOUGH SHE HAS DONE NOTHING FOR MY SISTER. And my sister HAS NOT signed a contract!!!!! Horribly run business, very rude owner that refuses to admit her faults and would rather blame everything on her brides!!!! It takes me less than an hour to do my hair and makeup, and I could have done a better job, not worth almost $200!! It is a scam and I am appalled that Castle McCullock lets them show up to their wedding shows. They are not as professional as they present themselfs. Instead of closing up her shop for a few hours to dedicate her time to me and my girls she had more people working on clients that were all 60-70+ years in age getting perms! RIDICULOUS! B
BRIDES BEWARE! Look elsewhere for professional photography quality hair and makeup. I was upset about my experience, but after hearing that the owner was blaming everything on me and my girls getting coffee behind my back to my mother I could not!!! PLUS I WAS 3 MONTHS PREGNANT AT THE TIME. I had to make sure I had something to eat before a long hair appointment, the car wreck we were stopped in is what threw off our arrival time. Plus I heard how she is RIPPING OFF my poor little sister!!! She deserves her money back and you are probably too greedy and already spent her money to give it back! I will be posting bad reviews about you on everything I can!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!
