These people need some training in customer service. If you have someone wait for an hour after a long day of work you should call them and tell them you need to cancel instead of waiting until they come back in. We came in and the lady told us to come back in an hour, took the phone number and then when we returned she had taken a customer that needed highlights. Not to mention my hair would have been a $200 job because of the length. Not only did you lose a lifetime customer the business will suffer at the word of mouth after I get done with my public rant. Truly irresponsible in my opinion

Autumn was great. She told me up front what she charged for her services so there was no confusion. It was my first time there and I was going for a short cut which can be nerve racking but I gave her an idea and she gave me her professional opinion and it turned out so wonderful!

Went to get my beard trimmed from here staff was nice and friendly but the lady who I asked to just TRIM my beard must not know what she is doing. I will never go back here again
