This place is the BEST! My daughter was in town to get married and the planned hairdresser did not come thru. Mac Hair, on the morning of the wedding, was able to get not just my daughter, the bride in, but in addition four of the bridesmaids as well. Hats off to these folks for going above and beyond and exceeding all expectations. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Friendly, but overall extremely poor execution on services rendered and customer service afterwards. Paid over $200 for hair/make-up application only to not receive what was asked for but promised by salon. On an very important day, I missed dinner reservations because I had to 100% wash all make-up off and redo hair. Upon calling to discuss with owner, never received a call back. I would not recommend this salon.

A+ salon located in the beautiful San Marco area. From the minute you walk in the door, your day takes a turn for a superlative experience on all levels. Margaret, owner of this full-service boutique salon, is by far one of the most trend-setting and fabulous stylists I have ever met. Her salon is beautiful, great staff and team of stylists, her product selection is carefully selected for each guests individual needs and total hair health and beauty. I have shoulder length blonde hair and recently decided to go platinum – she is simply the best! Her education, experience, and knowledge as a colorist/stylist are better than any salon I’ve visited from LA to Dallas, and now my home here in Jacksonville. I now schedule my social schedule around my hair salon visits, as I can’t wait to truly “show off my hair.” I’m a luxury realtor and have always had high standards for hair salons – at last . . . a salon that truly is a “head above the best!” I’ve never looked better and I owe it all to Margaret!! It also goes without saying, that when we look good, we feel good, and we perform at our best . . . thank you Margaret for all that you do and to a successful 2015!!
