Like a young silly girl I though I could dye my own hair at home. This wouldn't have been a problem if I wasn't trying to bleach it from black that I had just dyed it. Big NO NO. I turned my hair orange. The emergency call I made to this salon was answered with a wonderful acceptance and understanding and an immediate appointment for corrective color. The price was high but I was desperate so I didn't shop around. Thankfully she was able to save my hair with only loosing a few inches and providing me with a beautiful light brown color. I loved this salon and this stylist for saving me and my hair.
