Waited about an hour without even bring acknowledged. Apparently if you check in at the electronic kiosk the employees can simply ignore you. I understand being busy, but when you can't even bother to simply say they were sorry for the wait or when you might be attended to. I left and I won't return. It is unfortunate because I usually get my cut there because it is so close to the house.

This place is AMAZING I won't go any where else. The Manager Jessica is awesome she friendly, professional and she keeps everything flowing great. I wouldn't go anywhere else I have been coming here for a year and they always take good care of me. My hairstylist Tamela Aka HOLLYWOOD!. SHE IS FANTASTIC MY HAIR ALWAYS COMES OUT FLAWLESS WHEN I LEAVE THE SALON. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR EVERYONE LOOKING FOR GREAT SERVICE AND WONDERFUL ATMOSPHERE.

Poor customer Service. Walked in and stood there waiting for five minutes to be acknowledged but all they did was speak back and forth in Russian language. I guess it’s not an America friendly establishment.

Sarah, you are the bomb! We came to this location after the Hair Cuttery on the other side of 295 (still on Merrill) botched up my girlfriends hair. Came in with tears of despair and left with almost tears of happiness. Sarah was somehow able to make that mess of a hair cut into an absolutely amazing cut. You were kind, funny, and an amazing stylist. You really do need a Bravo show where you fix terrible hair cuts! We will be coming back to this location whenever we need a new dew!.
