Iâ€™ve used them several times for my daughter.. The hair braiding was great every time.. But for some reason my last appointment was rescheduled at the last minute once we arrived to the shop. Unfortunately this was a busy day for me and thatâ€™s why I set my appointment for the time it was.. But unbeknownst to me the shop was busy and they pushed my daughters appointment back 2 and a half hours and the worst part was they didnâ€™t tell me until we showed up... and no one at the shop cared for my time at all. So be careful about your time make sure your days clear.

Unprofessional phone etiquette. I called and they answered the phone with, "Hello" like I'm calling someone's home, not a business. Then she told me she could do my hair "probably sometime this afternoon" when I asked for clarification I was informed she could not do my hair at all.

They do a great job and who ever said the owner nasty she is not nasty she is a very sweet person I love my hair every time I go there they do a very good job and everyone is nice

I don't know who that lying girl is earlier , Shalina Merritt or whatever your name is, who commented very nasty things about this shop, the owner and the people who work there, they are Very Nice people! Stop lying about them! You should be ashamed of yourself! You told a bold faced lie about the services and honesty and integrity of African Hair Braiding.Cause everyone that is in that shop has always been gracious and kind to everyone that comes through the door that I saw. They pray there together. Anyone can come by and see for themselves that they have Quality braids at reasonable price. And they always give me the hookup- even when I can't afford it! They are allowed to speak in their language when they want to! It's America, and they have the right to speak however they please, you just trying to be nosey. And the way you talking about them, I hope they did talk nasty about you too! Bad hearted people should just say nothing about this and always stay away! That is not nice at all to lie on such kind hearted people! Your a mean person girl! Don't say nothing about anyone off you Don't have anything nice to say! And the couches are just fine!!! If you want luxury, then fly to Vegas!!!ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ªðŸ˜´

I'm just not going anywhere else for my braids or twist lol I've only been going here for about 1 year and a half, but ever since I came here I never went anywhere else lol best braiding shop ever with reasonable prices. Their work is VERY neat and fast.. currently typing from the chair now lol
