It was a long day! 10 hours in the chair, but I'm done and my hair looks really nice. I'm happy! It's been a while since I've had my hair braided and I came to Lina's because it was close to home and I read the reviews and it seemed like this was a good place to go! I can say, this place is different from other shops I've been to. These ladies are like Energizer Bunnies! They are literally on their feet all day. Moving from one person to the next, helping each other with a customer. They do not conversate with customers, which is okay with me, that allows them to focus on the work at hand. The owner of the shop, Lina, she very nice and just like the other ladies, she stays on her feet! Yes, she moves from person to person too! She does not stand around, watching the others, her hands are moving constantly. I also noticed, whenever someone walks in, they are acknowledged and do not sit in the waiting area for long, they are quick to put a customer in a chair. I would recommend Ms. Lina and I will visit her shop when I'm in the mood for braids.

Good experience. Book in the mornings first thing so that you don't have to wait to long for a chair. Because walkins were welcome they get busy, especially in Saturday's. But overall I'm in love with my kinky passion spring twist.

I had a wonderful experience here. I recommend them to any and everyone. I have a very tender scalp and got medium box braids. I have only had box braids one time before and it was not a good experience. But theses ladies did such a great job and was really quick. I love my hair I love the price, I just love the shop. Thank you all for the great work.

I def recommend this place. I called to schedule an appt and advised Mrs. Lina that I need to be done by 2:45 to get my kids from school. I went in for appt at 8:30, I was in the chair by 8:45. The ladies were really nice and understood I was on a schedule. I got out of the chair at 2:38 and my hair looks amazing. I will def go back to get my hair done again.
