I spent almost 6 hours at this damn salon. They were so inconsiderate. They need more workers cause they kept switching in between heads to work on a part of someone's hair just to switch back to the other person they were working and going back and forth. They were also focused on other things besides doing hair. They have time to socialize later I don't understand why they couldn't wait till later to socialize. I had a lot of other things to do but my whole day was spent in that shop. Two of them were working pretty quick and doing her work right but the others smh...never again.

I gave a 1â˜† because there are some really talented stylist at this shop. But the owner... The worst place EVER. Never let Evelyn in your hair. Everyone else in the shop got mad skills. Evelyn will "sweetie, Suga, beautiful, lovely" you into thinking she's genuine. This chic burned my hair by putting PERM, and 2 different colors on my hair without my knowledge. I only wanted a PERM, and while under the bowel getting PERM since out my hair, she put a color on my hair and I had no clued until I felt something cold on my head. It went from cold to feeling like some had taken a sharp blade and scratched my scalp and put alcohol on it, followed by gasoline (I know that sounds exaggerated but this is how bad it felt to me). I had to be treated at a hospital, which she lied several times and wouldn't tell my husband what she put on my head. We had her on speaker and even the doctor was making faces. I have pictures and every single text conversation between her and I shortly after. When I threaten to get a lawyer, she finally admitted. Because we attended the same church, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, plus she begged me to let her try to fix it. I remember going to bed in fear that I would wake up with no hair. My hair was badly chemically burned. It was fluid running down out of my scalp. She faked me on paying the bills and my hair wasn't getting better. Last August I decided to go back to my attorney who initially advised me not to let her try to correct it. (But I did). Now I can't sue her for the damage because I allowed her to try and fix it. But, I can sue her for the medical. Which, my husband suggest I let it go and never deal with her again. I have witness 2 other clients going off on her for ruining their hair. I will be more than willing to show pics and text.

Extremely accommodating! I walked in without an appointment, and they took care of me right away. The only downfall was that their credit card machine wasnâ€™t working right, and she asked if I could run to the bank to get cash and come back. Thought that was kind of odd. Luckily, a stylist had a square device that we used to run my card. Unfortunately, I ended up being late for work because of this.

I've been going there for 10+ years and its always been a pleasant experience. Mrs. Evelyn is very sweet, accommodating, professional and provides excellent service. She does it all, cuts, color and sew ins. Compared to other salons in Orlando, the prices are also reasonable. Every time I go there my hair comes out better than I expected. I also do want to point out she has very talented stylists in there as well. If you don't have a salon you normally go to and is looking for one, I suggest this one. You will be pleased.
