Absolutely amazing! It was my first time getting my hair done professionally and I was nervous because of the stories you hear from other salons. Vanessa went above and beyond! I wanted balayage and she did that and shadow roots in order for the color to look more natural. She is very well educated on hair, products, the chemistry behind it all! She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. In the time that she spent doing my hair, she made sure it was all right and took her time for every piece, even near the end of the 4 hour appointment. There wasn't any surprise charges when I went to pay (actually got a discount!). I am not one to spend a lot getting my hair done, but this experience has changed my perspective because of how great Bangz is under Vanessa's management! I would recommend 10/10 if it's your first time getting your hair done or thousandth. Great service and even greater people!

This salon is amazing!!!! I had a mess of hair when I first went to Ingrid....I had a thousand different colors in my hair and my grey was not covered plus I had these nasty extensions that tangled and were very thin. Ingrid took over and gave me the blond that I had been asking for, trimmed my hair so it blended very well and just last week put in extensions to give it more body and a little length and I am sooooo pleased with the results. Previously with extensions I always had to come my hair a certain way and hair spray it so you couldn't see that I had extensions but not anymore!!!! Ingrid is amazing with color and extensions and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone in this salon makes you feel like family. The owner is amazing and sweet also.

The ladies make you feel right at home. Not only are they talented in their craft, and leave you walking out the door looking the best you've ever looked, you also take with you the positive and edifying nature that they not only give to you, but how how they treat each other. Well worth every penny!

5 star service. In simplest terms, everyone here is so nice and it is such a great place to get your hair done even if you don't know what you like, you can come in and describe what you don't like and see how it is to come out looking like a star! That was how I would describe my experience and I'm sure everyone has and will feel the same. Thanks Brenda for first hair cut at Bangz! I will be popping in to say hello and whenever I need to re-style!
