Totally unprofessional staff...the place was dirty and the owner was cussing out one of her customers when I showed up for my appointment which they had marked down on the wrong day they tried to tell me that it was my fault ...the nerve...Bella Mia is a poor excuse for a salon..the owner is rude and disorganized ...spend your hard earned money elsewhere...on the bright side...I'm sure I averted a bad experience..from an angry rude owner..people like that shouldn't own Sharp scissors..!!!!@#$

Keratin treatments are expensive so I expect exactly what I pay for. My stylist skimped on the amount of product she used on my hair, especially in the places I told her were most wavy and promlematic. She blanketed the top coat of my hair well but the actual problem areas were not done near thoroughly enough. I just waited four days and haven't washed or touched my hair (talk about discipline) and was so excuted to see the result after a shower (with Keratin shampoo and conditioner). Much to my dismay, ALL my typical waves and frizz is still there and the only way to get the straight look I wanted is to spend just as much time blow drying as I always have in the past. I am so very disappointed. I love Keratin treatments but will never use this salon for one again. Also, my haircut is almost the exact opposite of what I asked for. After paying that much for a service, I'm going to have to pay more to go somewhere else to fix it.
