I love the cut and color I’ve gotten here! I’ve gotten a balayage twice and have loved it! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair after getting it done. The salon is clean with a nice atmosphere. The stylists are very friendly and I like that they have a receptionist to answer phones instead of the stylists answering them. Nikki was great and took her time doing my cut and color! I took off 1 star because of the high rate of turnover. You find a stylist you like and then they leave.

I came in on Monday before Valentine's day and they don't said that they were booked. A guy at the desk offered to give me a dry cut, but I could tell that he just wanted to get me in and out. I declined and then decided to make an appointment online for Saturday. I showed up on time for my appointment on Saturday, that I confirmed and was told that they had no idea of my appointment. The lady who I was supposed to see came to the desk to talk to me but told me she was double booked and to come back two hours later. There was no kind of apology for not having my appointment even though I showed them the confirmation on my phone. How does this happen two times in one week? I literally just want a haircut. I will never go back each time they look at you like your an idiot. I've been coming to this salon for almost a year and there is no kind of consideration. I'm so upset.

Andrea is amazing!!!! I went in today with FUBARED hair from another salon, she took the time to discuss with me the options that I had, and I left the salon 1000% satisfied!!!!! Thank you Andrea for making this birthday girl's day!!! Colored (I think closer than mother nature could have gotten it), conditioned, cut, and styled!!! You have gained a customer as long as you are cutting hair in Orlando!!!

I went for a cut and color today!! It was my first time there!! Staff was amazing!! Maggie cut and colored my hair!! She was the best!! I love my hair from top to bottom!!

I came to this place because a friend of mine recommended to me. I know she's very picky with her hair color and she likes her highlights in a very specific way, she always gets her hair done when she's in Brazil. But Christian did an amazing job. I also got my hair cut with him and he was great. I'm very happy with the result and definitely coming back.
