VERY VERY RUDE! AND VERY POOR SERVICE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WORTH IT! THEY NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN! NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TO A PLACE WHERE I WAS TREATED SO BAD! THEY ARE SO DISRESPECTFUL!

DO NOT GO HERE!! A friend bought me a very expensive spa package that allowed for me to choose 4 different services. When I tried to redeem my gift, the OWNER, said she wasnâ€™t sure if she could honor my spa package because this was a deal they were no longer offering (may I add this package hadnâ€™t even expired yet). I scheduled two services and still had 2 more left. The owner didnâ€™t have the teeth whitening machine and told me she would call me back regarding the other service I wanted (facial) but NEVER called. When called again to ask what other services would I be eligible for since she can no longer honor those particular services, she said that I was already getting a good deal on what Iâ€™ve already received ($100 for a cut and conditioning, not including tip for two different ppl bc each service needed to be scheduled separately). Therefore, I was completely jipped and scammed, they used this â€œpackageâ€ as a bait and switch!! Summary: - stylist made me wait 30 mins for my cut - salon sells â€œpackagesâ€ and doesnâ€™t even honor them - OWNER is extremely unprofessional- she did NOT get back to me regarding facial appointment... she didnâ€™t completely honor my package - a professional salon wouldâ€™ve offered a substitution on services since itâ€™s not my fault that she no longer carries the equipment for the services pertaining to my original package!!!! **very rarely do I give a service failure comment but this was incredibly disheartening and I wouldnâ€™t want this to happen to anyone else!**

Tried to up charge me as soon as I walked in saying they needed to wash my hair before they cut it, which is understandable but I've had my haircut many times before without it being washed by the stylist with there being 0 problems. After the actual cut the stylist cut one side of my hair and not the other, I asked him to even out the other side but at first refused to, saying it looked longer because one side was layered more. I measured it with my fingers showing him the length was obviously uneven because he just cut one side of my hair and not the other. He finally evened the length but textured it more than the other side. He then cut my bangs, which ended up being uneven in both length and texture also. Once I got home I noticed the back on my hair was very uneven in length by almost 2-3 inches, and had to go and get it fixed somewhere else.

I've been going to this salon since 2013 (when it was named Divo's). Whether it's a wash and blow dry, dramatic colors, cut/trim, eyebrow waxing, etc., Serenity Organic Salon has what you need. They're flexible with scheduling and I can honestly say we're like a family now. When a place is really good, I like to brag lol. I'm inviting you to indulge yourselves for any occasion. (They also have professional makeup available!) Pam is friendly & outgoing. TomÃ¡s is primarily the one who does my hair. My daughter has also came in few times for her hair. It's a lovely & comfortable place to be in. My son and I have also received facials by their aesthetician. Overall a great place!
