Love - more like obsessed with this place! The staff is extremely welcoming and attentive to whatever you need. They have always been flexible with my schedule and give me honest feedback on products and styles. I have been seeing Rameh for years, she does the best brows in town and Katy is great with my hair. I'm sure any of the stylists are just as fabulous. I'm a client for life! As with any professional salon, keeping appointments and being on time will ensure you have a positive, fun experience.

HATED IT, not so much. ANGRY is more like it. And the disservice feels personal. I am so frustrated with this salon for ONE reason: Their reception(ist) and scheduling errors. Not once, not twice, but THREE times they have "lost" my husband's scheduled appointment. I made a call on April 9th to get him a Friday PM appt. Nothing for weeks. We finally found an open appt for today, 5/29 at 5:30 PM. The receptionist recommended making several appointments, 4 weeks apart to make sure he could have the time he preferred. He received a confirmation email listing the 5-6 appointments. When he arrived tonight, Desiree stared at him (knowingly) and told him he didn't have an appointment. As a woman, I can go a week or so without a cut. But he can't! He is letting his hair grow out for a more modern cut and he's a shaggy mess. I am mortified for him - he won't speak up and make her stay to fit him in. I wish I had been there. As I said, this is not the first time appts were lost. We love the stylists. But our time is too valuable to be inconvenienced repeatedly. We will go elsewhere.

Love...Love....Love the staff! They are warm, kind, down to earth, and provide excellent services to all who come through their doors! Highly recommend to anyone looking to be pampered and beautified!
