This is one of my favorite Ulta stores in my area. They always have what I need and well organized. The staff are knowledgeable with many of the makeup brands and what would work best with my skin type. The only negative is I wish the isles were a big bigger because it's sometimes hard to get around people when it gets busy.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received!! The Salon here is absolutely the WORST ever! My daughters one in a life time prom experience was shattered because her hair and make had to be redone after being there for four hours and by the time she got back home to get dress and then drive an hour to the prom she was over two hours late and the venue closed the doors and she was not allowed in. She was absolutely Devastated She cried the whole night to point where she had an anxiety attack., And then when i went the next morning for a refund no one could help nor were they even Sympathetic to her nightmare experience at Ulta.
