I went in to get a haircut for my daughter and I. My daughter got her haircut finally after 1 hour and 45 min. After repeatedly being told by stylist A that it would only be 40 minutes. There was only two stylists so I get it... up until I was seated in the chair and then was told by stylist A to get up for someone who had just walked in. The other stylist (B) could have said something to stylist A, especially after he directed me to sit down in THAT chair so he could take someone else. This should have been a simple process. Not an ordeal that left me feeling angry. This was poor service, period.

Hi Hair Cuttery- I’ve been coming to this place for about a year and a half . I can say , everyone seems nice most of the time . However when a customer asks to have his side trimmed or fade please respect the customers asks for? Not going to mention any names but at least I’ve tried quite a few different people and they don’t seem to listen? Reason why Ive tried a few stylist is I just ask who ever is avail. The people I like are the ones that are the most popular over in this place and always busy . I don’t have much time . 2 stylist I must say are wonderful. I believe you know who you are . The stylist that doesn’t listen- I hope you’re reading this - but for the love of the customer listen to what they want done on their hair . So my experience so far . I tell them please give me a fade start with a 1 and blend towards the top and don’t cut the top! What ends up happening they still cut the top even when I asked them not to. They keep trimming and trimming the top until I barely have hair . What’s up with these stylists? I’m trying to grow my hair . Also when I get home , I get a lot of unevenness on my hair. They also don’t trim around the head so you get long hairs that sticks out by the ear area . So the attention to detail is not there . So please if you kindly read this and listen to the customer. I’m also a good tipper here and each time I get home I find hair sticking out here and there . I hope the district manager reads this. Kind regards, Rob

My experience here was so awful. I would willingly pay more money so that this stylist never assists me again. At the end, I felt like I was paying to get away from her. She was terribly rude and the work she did wasn't good. She didn't respect my request to get what I wanted. She was pushy and offensive. I ended up paying more money for something I didn't want in the first place.

The stylist, Matt, was very attentive to my concerns, took his time with my hair and gave me some suggestions to help makeit stronger and look healthier. Loved my experience and he's the one too See!

I wanted something new, that is, a bob. I have layered thick hair so I thought it’d be impossible. My hairdresser was so patient and knew what she was doing. Price was a little higher than intended but soooooo worth it. Word of advice: Always do a price estimation before starting your session. God bless 😘😘
