Went to get a haircut on Sunday morning and there was 1 employee working and I was told she wont be taking any walk ins today as she walked out of the back room. There was 1 customer sitting in a chair getting hwr hair colored. Unbelieveable they only have 1 employee working on a weekend. Been getting my haircut here for 6 years and wont be back EVER.

I walked in this morning at 10:30 and a very rude blonde woman slowly made her way to the front desk. I've dealt with this woman before and she has always been very taciturn and borderline rude. I came in for a walk-in appointment that supposedly they welcome and was informed that only one person was working and the next available appointment wouldn't be until 12:30. What kind of establishment only has one person working? How are you supposed to accommodate walk-ins that Way? This is one of the various times I've come there that there has been only one person working. It's very inconvenient and I will no longer consider this place a first stop when choosing a place to get my hair cut. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

This review is a long-time coming. I have been a customer of this location since it opened many years ago. Although Stacy is my all-time favorite, Nicole gives her great friendly competition, as do the other stylists. I am writing to tell you about Veronica. She cut my hair a couple of days before a photo shoot for a website. I asked her to basically give me a haircut without being able to tell and she did an awesome job!!!! Thanks for making me look good.

Stacie is THE BEST Hairstylist in Orlando. I ❤❤❤ when she does my cut and color! Nicole the manager is WONDERFUL!

I went here yesterday to get a trim because I couldn't get an appointment with my regular stylist. Veronica did a good job so I recommended it to my wife. Her stylist was Michelle. My wife had an appointment for 1:00 and was told that it would be at least an hour before they could get to her, so she went and got her nails done. She returned at 3:00 and wasn't done until 7:30. Michelle completely ruined her hair. My wife came home in tears. She has short hair and wanted a trim and highlights. Michelle burned her hair by leaving the products in her hair too long and turned it almost completely white. My wife looks 20 years older than she is because of this haircut. When my wife came home in tears I really wanted to come there and give Michelle a piece of my mind. Why anyone would hire her is a travesty. I am so furious that I can't think straight. I will be letting EVERYONE that I know about my wife's experience here.
