HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I would rather have my hair cut by my dog than to trust that lady with a pair of scissors or clippers. The lady completely ruined my hair, SHE EVEN ADMIT TO IT!!! She apologized and said I can give you a shampoo for free but I still need to charge you for the haircut??? Im worried about my hair and all she was worried about was getting paid??? All they care about is taking your money. If you see this review and you're on your way there LEAVE RIGHT NOW WHILE YOU CAN!!! I wish I could give a negative rating I feel that 1 star is too good for them

Carla did my hair and she was awesome! She knew what she was doing and took her time - I had a LOT of hair! Henri did my husband and my son and she was also wonderful - very experienced- I was very impressed! We love right by the Lake Nona location but will drive here from now on!!

First time I took my daughter they did a wonderful job since her hair is really long the stylist listen to what we wanted . Beautiful style. Then I decided a few months later to get my hair done. After all they had done a wonderful job on my daughter. The stylist was not there anymore but I decided to do my haircut. I asked for a short bob. Mind you I had been letting my hair grow just to get this style. I showed her the pictures of what I wanted . She kept insisting for me to leave it longer and I kept saying no i want this style. I didn't want to be rude since she was pregnant. She decided to cut my hair the way she wanted and it was terrible the layers were uneven and I couldn't style it anyway. Not even in a ponytail. It looked like a Mohawk when I would blow it out. This was the worst experience I was in my car crying my eyes out after waiting to cut my for so long due to an illness and having it get hacked. Never will set foot in there ever.

Like one other review said, the people there are nice and courteous. Big smiles, pulling out all the stops to make you feel welcome. However, you can't pick who cuts your hair, so it'll more than likely someone different every time. But this wouldn't be a problem, if they paid attention to your hair the way they paid attention to how courteous they were being. My first time there was alright. My second time, though, they cut my hair completely uneven, as if they didn't know how to part hair before cutting it. Ended having to go somewhere else to fix it. The place is cheap, but it's really not worth it.
