Went here for the first time to use their salon services and I was amazed by not only the results but the customer service. Kristal was great and very professional. She took her time to make sure I walked out with the look I was hoping for. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to all my friends!

The store itself is nice and clean, but some of the staff that works there could use a fresher-upper in customer service. A few are friendly, but some are outright ignoring you, and it doesn't help when you have to go look around the store for someone to help you, only to find that they're busy talking to a colleague. Same when you ask them where something is (on one instance men's Dermalogica, but this was not my first experience of this kind here), and the response is "It should be with the men's skin care", I tell them it's not, and they say "Then it's with the rest of the Dermalogica products", and she shrugs "Well then I guess we don't have any". As if she's wondering why I'm bothering her if I already saw that they didn't have it. I have not used any of the services, and cannot speak to them.

People is very nice here, and when we were at the register the girl let us know about all the promotions and discounts and stuff, which is cool, because we could take advantage of that while paying hence getting us better prices. While my niece was shopping I took a seat while perusing a magazine, great experience at this place
