My past 3 or 4 times I've visited this location I have had a terrible time. Half of the time I try to walk in this store, where it says "walk-ins welcome" right on the door, I get told that they are too busy for walk ins. They need to get more hair dressers there working. I just want a hair cut, it will take approximately 15-20 minutes, I get told that they're booked solid for the next 4 hours, what great customer service at this location. I will not be back again.

James does an amazing job with my hair! In the past, salons have had the hardest time getting me to the colors and cuts that I have wanted. James has gotten it every time. I always get so many compliments on my new styles and it's all thank to him! 10/10 would recommend!

I wasn't a fan of getting haircuts until I got one here. My stylist, Dena, was extremely kind and catered to every preference I had for my ideal hairstyle. She's also not too hard on the eyes either ;-D I'll definitely be coming back on a regular basis.
