My hair grows funky. One side is wavy, the other side is straight. She is the only person EVER in my life that can make both sides look exactly the same like the problem doesn't exist - the way she cuts it. I've seen many "master cutters" and they just did the same thing everybody else did saying "you can't fix a problem like mine where one side grows wavy and the other side straight" (of course after assuring me how they can cut my hair right and paying handsomely after the failed cut). Really? Carol did it the first time 12 years ago on the first shot, under 10 minutes and that is why I drive 45 minutes each way to see her every 4 weeks. Carol cuts my hair and it's perfect e-v-e-r-y s-i-n-g-l-e time. And her prices - she should charge double and I would pay it.

Hair salons are becoming more expensive and less interested in the average customer. I have been through several in the last few years and that's why Carol's was such a nice surprise. Not only did she help me with my hair loss issues, but I have even seen regrowth due to her expertise. The best part about it is that she isn't expensive either, especially compared to the two snooty salons I went to last.. For hair color she's also very good. She uses an enzyme base rather than ammonia. My hair hasn't looked this good in over ten years, so I can recommend her very highly. She makes the customer feel valued rather than just a commodity.

I had been messing with my hair for several months due to stress an exiety. Soon, it came to the point where my hair got so bad from pulling that I had to go see a doctor. My doctor told met hat I would need to speak to a psychologist and also get a wig for social purposes. Going to Carol, I was worried that she would judge me for how badly I looked. But I found that wasnt the case! It took a few wigs to try but we found one that suited my likes and style. Of course, at first look, a wig is just a wig. But Carol can style the wig so it looks perfectly 100% Natural! you only need alittle product to care for it but it is easy and it makes you look much better when it is styled to your liking. Carol is truely a doctor for those with esteem issues when it comes to pysical appearence. There is nothing she can not do to solve a hair problem when it comes to a wig!
