Got a great haircut but when I tried to use the $2 off coupon she told me it should be printed out they took it this time but she said next time you have to print it

MARIE HALSTED is my stylist, this knowledgeable and professional young woman always greets me with a smile. A rare thing these days. Ms Halsted over delivers on customer service and client care. I never feel rushed or like just another number. The compliments from friends both personal and professional lets me know the look she has help me achieve is on point. Thank you Marie.

Walked in to get my husband's haircut fixed. The girl who took us had zero communication skills and it took about 10 minutes to get us in the system. Ok fine. Doesn't matter how well she speaks, just matters how well she cuts. What happened while we were waiting is what made the difference. We had our 1 year old son in tow and he picked up a few magazines and was handing them to my husband and I. No big deal. Wasn't being loud, wasn't tearing them apart. Well, a heavy set hair stylist in a red plaid picnic table looking shirt started to make comments to the client sitting in his chair and the coworker next to him. Then he proceeded to make eye contact with me and roll his eyes deliberately indicating that he didn't like what he saw. That's enough for me to know I'm not dealing with professionals and will never give my business to any super cuts chain again. I can absolutely understand a screaming, misbehaving, distracting child. That I get, but nothing warranted his attitude.
