Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Jennifer! She listened attentively to my preferences and delivered beyond expectations. Left feeling fabulous and received countless compliments on my new hairstyle. It has been more than two months I still receive compliments everyday. Highly recommend! I was extremely disappointed with my service done at Mystic Salon. I made a consultation for Tressa and at the consultation she told me I could make you ginger in 3-4 hours and itll cost $300-400. I was at the salon for 6.5 hours, I paid $500, and left with my hair wet. The next day I texted her with pictures about my hair and she had a weird tone with me as if I did something to mess with my hair. My hair is fried, patchy, extremely dry and not even the color I asked for. The manager is no help as she refused to give me a frefund after my stylist ruined my hair and was rude to me. When I went to another salon they told me I could only cut it or go dark because my ends were so burnt. Dont go to Tressa she blocked me and deletes her comments about her horrible work

Amy and Haley were amazing!!! It was my first time there and I felt welcomed and they both achieved the look I was going for. I will definitely be going back to them for curling and styling my hair for future events!!

Emily has consistently given me a wonderful haircut every single time I come. This is also the case for three of my daughters. Her warm personality and professionalism perfect the whole experience. I will always want her to be our stylist. :)

I really hesitated before leaving this review for Jade. She is a nice girl but needs more training. I went to her for a few years and at first things were pretty good. This last year she started leaving hair color all along my scalp line and told me to take it off myself. She overcharged me several times and also padded my bill. (not asking me if I wanted certain products before applying them). By the way- always ask for a receipt when they ask you want one (instead of just giving you your receipt). This last time I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she assured me she could do it. I left there in shock because my hair was breaking off from the bleach that was left on for too long! This is very upsetting because I had to go someplace else to get it fixed for my gig (I am a singer). When I called to get my money back and asked to speak the the owner Chris. He never called me back and had his wife call me- I had to ask for my money back 3 times before she agreed. My hair is now damaged and I have to wait and have treatments to fix it so consequently I will not have the hair color I want for my son's wedding. I wish I would have stopped going to Jade after the first few bad things happened but I wanted to give her a chance. She does give a great hair wash though and she is nice, but that doesn't make up for my damaged hair.
