Melissa is a genius! She took my drab hair and made it beautiful. I hardly have to do anything to it now and it just falls into place. She also did my sons hair, who is very particular, and made him happy and even more handsome! I love her and I will definitely be going back to her.

The haircut I received was hideous! I kept telling her what was wrong with the cut and that I didn't like it! As a stylist myself it was as easy to see as the nose on my face but she refused and suggested that I go home and play with it and then if I don't like it to come back because they guarantee their haircuts! Right?! I think she was guaranteeing that I would hate it! She just wouldn't comply so I paid $55 for a terrible haircut and went home and cut it myself!

Probably one of the worse root or highlight jobs I've gotten just because I went in to get my roots covered or touched up and was specific about it as well as not wanting my hair to be brassy. $175 later I had a very prominent line where my hair was foiled and it looked like a month old job verses a brand new root job. I asked for a full foil . When I booked I did so online when I left shop I gave it a few days to see if it would improve but of course didn't the roots are embarrassing and doesn't even look like I had my hair done. I emailed the shop never heard back but when I booked online they emailed me promptly to move my appointment to an earlier time ..the guy was super nice and on site it showed he was a color specialist?? Ummm not so much . The foiling technique and or application was horrible and shows still. It's been 3 weeks or so and I'm now going to have to have my hair done again..I should've had it done the day after but didn't want to fry my hair . Anyhow pretty shopnice people my hair color looks horrible oh and I specifically said trim split ends. My hair was slightly around my waist he cut my hair wet I look down and now it's couple inches below my shoulders...
