I found Lisa Allen by accident in October 2017. She has done my hair twice since then and both times I was very happy with the results. She is very knowledgeable and talented, especially with the latest trends in hair color. She is also super sweet and makes you feel comfortable in her chair. Her hours and scheduling are very convenient as well.

I waited almost an hour past my scheduled appointment and when I asked to be rescheduled/what was going on, was finally told she was almost ready for me. The one thing I hate is being placed under the heat while my color develops because it fries my hair...well she did just that. I'm now dealing with fried/frizzy hair and among all the blow drying I could see bits of my hair flying away forever making me look like a porcupine on top. Although the finished product looked kind of pretty that day I'll likely not return because where the hair is fried keeps breaking off no matter how gentle I treat it. Was not happy with the cleanliness of the storefront salon either.

Having just recently moved to Brandon, I was on the hunt for a new stylist. Great reviews lead me to Lisa and The Loft and I couldn't be more thrilled. She was such a sweetheart and seriously gave me the best haircut I've ever had. I had recently gone from really long hair to super short and I was ready to take it to the next level and go with an even shorter pixie. Lisa was meticulous and my hair has never looked better! She is really great at what she does and she's super nice. The whole experience was fantastic. I feel so lucky to have found her on my first try. Can't wait for my next appointment!

Worst haircut I have ever had. Diana was the person that cut it. I even discussed at length what I wanted. All chopped up.I am on my way to get a refund. I will never go there again.
