I was in a hurry and decided on this salon because it was close to me and had great reviews. The staff was friendly, it was clean and well-organized, but I won't be back. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. It had two side views, front, and back, but this lady absolutely did not understand what I wanted. I left disappointed, crying, and $55 lighter. My husband and I returned to try for a refund, as it clearly wasn't what we were expecting. I was told they could fix it, but ended up asking for half of my refund (they won't give whole refunds because they use product and apparently it costs $50 to use three pumps of product) and taking my business elsewhere. This was an okay place, and it might be down your alley, but it was very far from mine.

Google account under Mike, but my name is Miley. I have only been here once as I usually go to Regis. I was looking for a shop that would accommodate my afro cuban hair better. I gave Lissy's a try a few weeks ago. I do not like the keratin treatment that they put in my hair at all. My hair has become frizzy and it looks damaged. When I went back for follow-up appointment I was told that I have not been taking care of my hair properly. It had been a week and I had followed all instructions that were given to me. I paid a high price for a not so good product and then I was blamed for it. I would not recommend.

This the worst hair dressing parlour have ever been to, Actually i called and make an appointment to get a haircut on the shoulder. I had explain to Lizzy about the way i want my hair cut she said okay. when she got to the middle of my hair i realized that this woman had cut off all my hair. I asked why did she cut my hair off and was told by Lizzy that it will be growing back fast because the thing that she had used for deep-condition the hair would grow my hair fast. This is ridiculous and i would never recommend anyone to this place these ppl aren't for real. If only i had gone back to my own hair stylist this would not have happened. I had went there with my hair length way passed my shoulder and leave with my hair like 1inch in length. Its really sad and i have learned my lesson crazy!!!😞

I've been going to Lissy's for years as well as family and friends I have referred. We absolutely love Lissy's. Beautiful hair reasonably priced. Thank you Lissy' s....
