I had the Agavé treatment done and I am in love with my hair. Before the treatment it would take about. 30-45 minutes to blow dry my hair. Now it takes me 15 -20 minutes and I didn't use a brush and my hair is silky flat. Yes it is a little costly for their services but you need to budget for it like anything else you really want to purchase. Thanks MaryTheresa 😊

My advice is to prepay for whatever you decide to get done at Salon Sassin so they can't rack the bill up on you. Omar is a genius with hair, I was impressed with the hair cut and style he gave me. BUT I went in for a haircut and during my free consult I revealed that I had never colored my hair before so I was talked into coloring my hair. They neglected to explain what they were doing to my hair or the prices associated with the services. I was taken complete advantage of here, telling them I had never colored my hair before was the worst mistake. They jumped on that opportunity to turn what was supposed to be a $40-$60 haircut into a bill that exceeded $400. After I voiced this to them I was promised a return phone call numerous times to resolve this with them, it's been over a month and no call. I disputed the charges with my bank and got my money back. I will return, like I said the cut and color was AMAZING. But I will prepay before I let them do anything to my hair.

Worst hair experience ever! I know that reviews seem one sided but seriously stay away from this salon... I went in with long brownish blackish hair .... and left with short, above my shoulders, Ronald McDonald orange hair!!! It gets worse they charged me $949.00 - which minus a hairdryer ,that was a rip off, left my "service" at $650.00. I scanned the receipt so you can see I am not exaggerating. If you don't believe me wait and see if you think Omar the stylist is worth it - when I complained that was what he said. "I am worth it" What a narcissist. I am going to the Better Business Bureau and writing reviews everywhere I can to warn people of his lack of professionalism talent and ethics before he scams anyone else. It is not a high end salon - go there and see - at best it is a hole in the wall salon. If you like ambiance and sophistication this is not the place for you. I should have walked out when I saw the salon itself but went with an acquaintance and didn't want to be rude. You can also e-mail Loreal professional as well to let them know that they are not representing their brand properly.
