As a long time client (8 years) of La'Seviance Hair Spa Salon, I have always received exceptional service. I have encountered horrible experiences with other salons and stylists in the past, so when I found Tonya I was so grateful and will never leave her! Tonya is very professional and knowledgeable about hair care. Her slogan is so very accurate, "It's not just a salon, it truly is an experience". From beginning to end, Tonya goes above and beyond to make sure every client has individualized care and feels special. The knowledge I have gained about my hair has been invaluable! I would highly recommend her and salon to anyone. I promise you will never regret it!

Tonya is professional, knowledgeable, and artistic. She is the type of stylist who cares about your hair from the inside out! Tonya hands are heaven sent. My hair was damaged and I stopped believing in stylists. Until I went to Tonya 5 months ago. My hair is growing and healthier than ever. No words can express my gratitude and appreciation! Tonya was overly rough (*tugging, raking, & pulling through my hair in an overly aggressive way), while laughing & saying, "I thought you told me you were tender-headed." It was then that I had decided that I would never return to this location. To make matters even worse, she used hair sheen as a relaxer base, she blow dried and hot ironed my hair! My hair is fragile and I do not like the tugging of a blow dryer or the excessively hot heat from a hot iron. The water she served that tasted like it came from a commode. She was highly pugnacious in her interactions. I have always known that one should not roughly handle wet hair because of frizz and what she did was painful, but she wanted to be rough, and unkind and it was apparent. She increased her price from what was quoted on her website as I was planning (before I met her to spend $130 to include a $20 tip on a $110 service), but after the encounter I knew that not only would I never return, and that for the very first time, I would also not be leaving a tip. I gave her a $100, 2 $5's and 5 $1's. Things got so bad, that I asked her to stop doing my hair and she maniacally snickered and said that I needed to trust her. I will not ever go back and I promptly discarded the business cards she gave me requesting referrals for future discounts. I was appalled overall, and here again, I will never pay her do anything else to my hair. I should have gone with my first mind and left before she ever had the opportunity to ruin this experience for me. *I notice a series of rushed reviews all giving her five-star ratings, but my review is an honest account of what happened to me, not a fabricated account of what I want the public to believe. She indicates in her response that I complimented her and that I never did. I did not like anything about the way that she treated me. She should have never sprayed oil sheen on my scalp instead of base when I explained that a different stylist tried the same technique and my scalp was on fire afterwards. She may get a grandiloquent reviews from friends and family who post on her behalf, but this is what a gaslighter does, but she will not get that from me. It is terrible that she lost a client who would have referred her to many others. As previously noted, I only wish that when I said stop, I had gotten up & left then.

Tonya has been my stylist for over 15 years. Her knowledge of hair & how to keep it healthy always astounds me! The atmosphere in the salon is always professional & positive. I look forward to my visits because of this! My mother & I drive from Euharlee, GA - over an hour each way! We do this because of the service & standard of excellence we receive EVERY visit!

Tonya is hands down the best hairstylist I know which is why I have been going to her for over 11 years now. She is highly experienced, professional, always kind and humble to answer any questions you may have in doubt. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in the amazing work that she does!!!
