I had an appointment on 12/19/2021 at 3:00 pm , and when I arrived 15 minutes before the time 3:00 pm , Jessica was still doing hair dye for another customer, and she was 30 minutes late after 3:00 pm, because Hair dye to another customer , and once starting talking to us at 3:30 pm she brought a paper agreement to sign with out any prior notice, and we treated with discriminations, first I refused to sign, then another employee Lamar came and said that it was a new routine and brought a set of requests that were signed for the customers of dyeing, and then I agreed to sign the paper, i ask her i need to talk to the owner or some one in charge,,,, but she refused to provide any service and she was recording a video, and at the same time she call the mall police on us to make us leave, even we did not do anything ,all was talk about the paper to sign,,,,
I respectfully left the place myself, knowing that I am a customer since 2018
This is inappropriate for the reputation of this place, we will definitely never ever return to this place
At the end of the day ....the customer service...not under the mercy of hair stylist mood
