Staff is nice but wait time was excessive and stylists appear to have limited experience. Additionally, price ended up being much higher than originally quoted. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend.

Store is very expensive compared to other smart style locations. Very poor customer treatment by the staff. The woman at the reception was very rude to provide even the information about the hair cut.So I just made up my mind to not to go inside and stepped out.And lastly I agree to all of the negative reviews below. Worst store. Zero rating.

Very busy place. I just don't approve their mobile appointment to be seen or have priority over a person who may be there for an hour to get their haircut.

You get what you pay for here. Been there few times and attended by hair stylist Dantin, she is good but other times disappointed. Won't recommend unless you find hair stylist right for you. I tried here as they usually dont have wait times and no appointments.
