Great salon. They really take their time with the children. And the salon is so cute. The girls get to pick out a bow and a toy after they are finished.

It's a hit or miss with good customer service. You don't always get greeted when you come in, which comes off a little unwelcoming but they do great with hair.

Bought a Groupon coupon for 2 kids under 10 for birthday and Xmas combined. Was supposed to be a kids spa day. I called to make an appointment and owner said she stopped doing that. No refunds! Do not go here! They broke 2 little girls hearts!

Love this place. I believe my daughter feels special going here since it caters to little girls. There are plenty of these types of salons within a mile radius from this one, however, there is a stark contrast in service and price. Each have something the other don't have. Try them all out and see what you prefer. But I truly believe you is going to come back to LOLM!
