Went here to get a haircut in July with Paul. My hair is curly, and the cut with Paul was fine. When I was checking out I was pressured into making my next appointment before they would ring me out, so I did and just figured I could cancel it if I did not want it as the day got closer. 2 weeks before the next appointment I decided I wanted to keep it so I did not cancel it. Day of the appointment, I thought it was strange I did not receive any appointment confirmation, so I decided to call to make sure it was still on. I called and was informed did not have an appointment scheduled (even though I made it back in July!). Now, it is too late for me to get anything until after the holiday. I am very disappointed and frustrated that they would first pressure someone into making an appointment before they can be cashed out, and second that they would then DELETE that appointment. I will not be returning here if this is how they run their reception for a mediocre haircut.

Worst hair color I’ve ever got. First the junior stylist started showing me the prices. I was surprised to see a 200 charge for simple highlights by a junior stylist. Well I was there already so I decided to try the place. I went for few brown highlights and ended up with red batches and severely damaged hair. Their first response to resolve the problem is to cut my hair shorter to get rid of the damaged hair. They did not even apologize. Everyone commented on how bad my hair looked and I ended up going a week later to Ulta to fix it. My only option was to cut it shorter. This is the worst experience and worst hair salon I’ve ever tried

Emily J Aveda is an amazing salon! All of the stylists are very kind. They are great listeners and will work with you. I highly recommend this salon!!
